Our objective in educating youth through West African traditional arts is for them to learn, understand, and respect the rich diversity of the worlds cultures, while cultivating creative response to their relationship with the world through the craft. In this way, we teach our youth to be global citizens, while also practicing self expression and engaging in healthy physical activity.

It is Afrique Sogue's mission to inspire children's excitement for learning through this unique and ancient artistic medium of traditional West African music, song, and dance. All of our educational services accommodate a diversity of needs and interests in academic curricula and child development.
